Artwork
Artwork may be submitted in either hard copy or electronic format. Please include your company name and order form number on all artwork sent. All artwork is kept on file for no longer than 24 months.Hard Copy Artwork should be crisp, clean, black and white line art. If the art is for a multiple color imprint, please provide registration marks. Providing artwork larger than actual size will allow us to reduce it and will provide a better-finished product. If your art contains shading, it should be submitted at actual size with a 45 line screen.
Electronic Artwork may be submitted via disk (DVD, CD or portable USB drive) or email. We accept both Macintosh and PC files. Our email address is: art@advllc.biz. Please observe the following guidelines:
- Please include your company name and order form number on all artwork sent. Choose a file name that relates to the artwork such as the item being ordered or the order form number.
- Our preferred format is EPS with fonts converted to outlines and PMS colors denoted in the file. If you cannot provide your artwork as an EPS, then send a hard copy or raster version of your art (PDF, JPG, TIF, BMP) so that we can compare the two and make sure your artwork is not altered in any way when opened.
- Acceptable file formats: Please remember to convert all fonts to outlines.
- AI - Adobe Illustrator
- EPS - Encapsulated Postscript (our preferred format)
- PSD - Photoshop Document
- TIF - Tagged Image File
- CDR - Corel Draw!
- We also accept scanned images: the preferred format is TIF. We recommend scanning artwork in line art mode at 1200 DPI.
- If your art does not comply with these specifications, please submit what is available. We will make every attempt to convert your artwork to one of these formats. If we are unable to produce your order from submitted artwork, we will contact you and offer solutions.
- If you would like to place an order but do not have sufficient artwork, we have graphic artists who can perform cleanup or recreate art for an additional charge based upon the actual artwork needs. If utilizing this service, please add an addition 48-72 hours to your production time.
Authorized Returns
Items found to be printed incorrectly due to Advertising In Motion, s error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 60 days from receipt of them. Advertising In Motion will provide Return Authorization labels. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender and billed for freight. A credit will not be issued for merchandise that is unavailable to be returned to Advertising In Motion.Cancellations
All orders are considered firm, and cannot be canceled without approval from Advertising In Motion. Written documentations must be sent to confirm the cancellation. Upon receiving the documentation, a $20.00 charge will apply in addition to the cost of dies, logo, screens, artwork, including all material produced.Catalog Requests
We do not produce mail-order catalogs. See "Samples".C.O.D.
Cash on delivery, is not available.Copy Charge Charges
A charge equivalent to the item set up charge will apply to all copy changes.Correction Charges
A charge of $45.00 applies to all corrections received after the screen has been made. Corrections are not possible on orders that have been printed.F.O.B.
All shipments are F.O.B. the factory from which the product is produced, unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to the invoice. Shipments received in Michigan are subject to sales tax.Imprint
The imprint will be set for best appearance at our discretion using the maximum imprint area, unless specified on the order form. Advertising In Motion reserves the right to reject any artwork which is deemed inappropriate.Ink Change Charges
A charge equivalent to the set up charge will be charged for all ink changes.Making Changes
If you've sent your order and you've found you've made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.Muliti-Color Imprint

Payment is required at the time the order is placed. Payments may be made using Visa or MasterCard, business check, cashier's check or money order. Production will not begin until the credit department has received payment in full. Checks require a ten day waiting period. A service charge of $50.00 will be charged on all returned checks.Non-Fulfillment of Orders
Advertising In Motion cannot assume liability on non-fulfillment of orders caused by the inability to obtain raw material, due to embargoes, strikes, fires or other causes beyond our control.Ordering More
Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it's printed. The price for an additional 250 is always a better value than a new order for 250. Consider ordering an extra 250 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order price.Payment
We accept major credit cards, VISA and MasterCard. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. You may be billed a U.S. dollars sales tax on your final invoice total depending on the state you are in.If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

We will try to march your requested PMS color as closely as possible for a PMS color match charge. Charge varies depending upon vendor. Advertising In Motion cannot guarantee PMS color matching on colored surfaces.Pricing

Advertising In Motion reserves the right to refuse to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature. Copyrighted material not owned by the individual uploading or using the material will not be printed.Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Proofs/Spec Samples
We offer one free email proof for each item per order. Additional proofs will incur a charge depending upon the price charged by our vendors.Actual proof or spec samples are available contact us for details.Product Color
Advertising In Motion has attempted to portray product colors on the website / catalogs as accurately as is possible; however, because of color reproduction in printing, the product color may differ slightly from the website / catalog. If clarification of product color is required, please request a random sample.Production Time
- Production time begins when:
- Art is approved and final proof is approved.
- Credit has been established or payment has been received.
- Ship Date is approved by factory; all order details clarified and all proofs approved.
- Standard production time varies depending upon the product ordered.
Reorders
To ensure an exact duplication of a reorder, send us your invoice number and imprint information on the item. Previous orders are kept on file for no longer than 36 months. Repeat orders after 20 months may require new artwork and set-up or logo charges may apply. PMS color matches, multi-color set-ups, and multicolor running charges are charged on each repeat order.Returns
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order.
Sales
All sales are final.Samples
Promotional ProductsSamples up to $10.00 are available at no charge with your shipper number. Blank samples are not available; however random samples are available for some items. Samples cannot be returned for credit.
Clothing
For clothing items, we will provide sizing samples, if requested. You will not be charged for the sizing samples if an order is placed within 10 days of receipt of clothing samples. If you decide not to place an order, please return all sizing samples to Advertising In Motion within 10 days. If items are not received by then, an invoice will be sent to you for the retail cost of the sizing samples plus shipping and handling.
